Resilient Roofing does not ship physical goods as part of our maintenance subscription services. All offerings currently provided through maintenance.resilientroofing.com are service-based and performed on-site at the subscriber’s property.
If at any point in the future we offer products that require shipment, all orders would be governed by the following conditions:
1. Processing Time
Orders would be processed within the timeframe stated at checkout. Estimated delivery dates would be provided but not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Any shipping fees would be displayed during checkout. Available carriers and methods would be listed at that time.
3. Delivery Issues
We would not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
Customers would be required to notify us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or missing items. Claims would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Returns for Shipped Items
If physical products were ever offered, returns and refunds for those items would be governed by our standard Refund Policy unless otherwise noted.
